Hosted an outing here recently and everything was great. All the staff were so easy to work with and really went out of their way to make sure everything was right.
Scramble or stroke play, with a banquet to finish. Charity outings welcome — every dollar from on-course games goes back to your cause.
Planning an outing can feel overwhelming — the food, the format, the contests, the prizes, the day-of logistics. We've been doing this for decades.
Every outing comes with a coordinator, an upstairs banquet space, and the rest of what you'd otherwise be tracking on a spreadsheet. You bring the players. We handle the day.
Final pricing depends on date, group size, food & beverage choices, and any add-ons. Send the details and we'll send a quote within a few days. Start an inquiry →
Add as many as you want — most outings pick three or four to give the round a little texture. Charity outings often add 50/50 raffles and hole sponsors on top.
Two of these are signature Coppertop holes you should know about: the "Up the Hill" challenge on Hole 5, and the betting hole at 17.
Charity outings are one of our favorite events to host. Our facility has plenty of room for raffle baskets, gift tables, and silent-auction setups. Our staff helps you build the on-course games that raise the most money.
And the only thing simpler than our pricing is our policy on game money:
All money from on-course games goes directly to your charity. None of it is kept by Coppertop.
Plan a Charity Outing →A lot of outings stall because the course doesn't fit a 144-player scramble — too long, too crowded, or the back nine bottlenecks. Coppertop's layout and length keep play moving so you finish on time and can get to the banquet upstairs.
6,210 yards from the back tees — long enough to be a real round, short enough that a 144-player scramble finishes on time.
Rolling fairways and tight tree-lined holes. Players get a full round in without feeling rushed — and without holding up the field.
The Barn seats up to 100 outing guests and the Ballroom handles up to 200 — no shuttling between locations after the round.
Email Joel or send the form. Tell us your date, group size, and rough budget.
We discuss format, food, contests, and prizes. We send a customized proposal within a few days.
Sign the contract and pay a deposit to hold the date. Summer weekends fill 6 months out.
Two weeks before, we lock in numbers, format, and food. Final touches happen here.
You bring the players. We handle setup, scoring, contests, the banquet, and the awards.

Pretty awesome place. We did a golf outing both in 2018 and 2019 and it was absolutely great.
We held our customer appreciation golf outing there and the staff was amazing, the food was excellent, and the facility is beautiful. Excellent choice for company events.
Really nice place for a golf outing. Course was perfect and so was the staff.
The more you can share — date, group size, format you're considering, whether it's a charity event — the better the proposal we can put together. We'll get back within a business day.
Pricing breakdowns, food and beverage menus, on-course contest options, sample timelines, charity formats — it's all in the 2026 outing flyer. Take a look, then send us a note when you're ready to start planning.
